SeaGlass Oregon Coast

Well there doesn't appear to be Seaglass on the Oregon Coast. I blame this on Oregon being a really clean state, where volunteers descend  twice a year and pick up all the litter at the Oregon Coast. Plastic yes,  Glass Seven up bottles?  NO!
 My idea is to go to a beach where a river enters and toss a collection of glass at low tideonto the beach .
 I did this once with Marbles.
