There work crew consists of three very foreign mexican appearing males, all young. So why did Columbia County hire Cedar landscaping to put in a few potted plants at the new CCRider location? Why didn't they hire an American like "all in the family" landscaping or PJ Lawn Service, both local columbia county businesses?
