The site says there are zero African Americans in St Helens. This not true, they are all over the place , including children of white women and gangster boyfriends of white women and just Black Americans
. I have a theory that the section 8 waiting list was faster then Portland, so they signed up and now it is very common to see Black African Sub Saharan
You can see Beyonce Blacks with skin tight pants and blonde hair down to their waist, gangster blacks, and boyfriends of white women on welfare blacks.
